Thank you for booking a stay at the Cabins. This document sets out the terms and conditions that apply to your booking and stay with us.

1. You are responsible for checking the dates and other details of your stay before making your booking.

2. Your reservation is secured by the full payment of your stay.

3. Cancel 8-30 days prior to reservations and receive 50% refund.

4. If you cancel your reservation 7 or less days notice, you forfeit your total payment.

5.The Cabin's are not for accommodating Bloom retreat guests during a retreat. Should you be attending a retreat you will be able to book a cabin before or after a retreat but not during your retreat. 

6. We recommend you obtain travel insurance for peace of mind.

7. You understand that the Cabins are located on a forested property. You take full responsibility for any injuries you may sustain or damages you may incur on the property, including but not limited to the time you spend in the water and in the woods.

8. You understand that the Cabins are a harassment free place.

  9.   You Agree to comply with the following rules.

-  Smoking is restricted to outdoors and not within 30 meters of the Cabins

-  Open flames, including candles, and incense, are not permitted within the Cabins.

-  Firearms are prohibited.

-  Fireworks and hazardous materials shall not be used on the Property.

-  Occupancy shall be peaceful and not disturb the neighbours’ right to privacy and the quiet enjoyment of the cabins.

-  Pets are not allowed

-  The property should not be used for illegal purposes.

10.  You understand that the property has ticks, mosquitoes, deer fly and all kinds of other insects that live in the forest.

11. Use of kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, dock, trails are all at your own risk.

  12. Loughborough Lake, has zebra mussels. Please pack proper footwear if you plan to swim in the lake.

13. Out of respect and safety for our local wildlife and livestock who live on the property, pets are not permitted.

14. No tents, trailers/ RVs, recreational vehicles, car or van camping anywhere on the property. 

15. To help preserve the nature of a quiet, peaceful experience for all our guests, no children are permitted.

16. Personal items found at the cabins will be stored in a secure location for up to a month. It is the responsibility of the item owner to contact us as soon as
possible to retrieve any items left or lost at the cabin. Guests who are missing items can contact us at info@bloomholisticretreat.com.
It is the responsibility of the item owner to pay the cost of shipping to return the item, as well as a $25 handling fee.
Please be aware that cabin staff are not responsible for the care of personal items left at the cabin and are not responsible for any items mishandled, lost or damaged in the shipping process.

17.You agree to indemnify Bloom Holistic Organisation, Mongrel Media and SNZ Holdings Inc. for any costs, losses, or damage directly or indirectly caused by your actions during your stay.
